36-Year-Old Joshua Hall Injured In New Hartford, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on November 6 in New Hartford, New York. 36-year-old Joshua Hall was seriously hurt after being hit by a vehicle in the 3600 block of Oneida Street. He was transported to Wynn Hospital for multiple serious injuries. The driver fled the scene and was later identified as William Smith, who was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, leaving the scene of a personal injury motor vehicle accident, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and moving from the lane unsafely.
