Tragic accident that occurred on February 19 in Cross Plains, Texas. 38-year-old Danielle Elaine Eppard died in a pedestrian crash involving a Dodge Ram 1500 on State Highway 36. Authorities are blaming it on a dark roadway. The Texas Department of Public Safety said in a press release that the vehicle hit Eppard “due to the roadway being dark and not lighted.” We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
