Tragic accident that occurred on February 2nd in Fowler, New York. 38-year-old Robert Larock suffered injuries when his motorized bicycle was struck by a state patrol car in an accident on Main Street. Mr. Larock was riding the bike when it was hit by the vehicle. He was flown to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse with unspecified injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
