39-year-old David Wayne Jones Arrested In Montgomery, TX Accident

1 dead, 2 critically injured in crash on Crockett Martin Road

A head-on collision in Montgomery County on April 17, involving 39-year-old David Wayne Jones, killed one person and severely injured three others. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Jones was driving southbound on Crockett Martin Road when he struck a northbound Dodge minivan. One of the van’s passengers died at HCA Conroe Hospital. Jones, believed to be under the influence, was arrested and charged with intoxicated manslaughter with a vehicle.
