41-Year-Old Brian Williams Injured In Hemphill, TX Accident

Collision on Highway 87 and Six Mile Village Rd

Tragic accident that occurred on September 22 in Hemphill, Texas.  41-year-old Brian Williams was hurt in a crash at the intersection of state Highway 87 and Six Mile Village Road when the Mazda that he was traveling in failed to yield to a southbound Kia. Williams was transported to Sabine County Hospital in Hemphill with unspecified injuries. The driver of the Mazda, Andrew Thibodeaux, a 22-year-old resident of Lake Charles, Louisiana, was cited for failing to yield the right of way to approaching traffic while turning left.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
