41-Year-Old Robert Carroll Killed In Lockport, NY Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on September 10 in Lockport, New York. 41-year-old Robert Carroll was tragically struck and killed by a Chevy Malibu on South Transit Road while walking in the roadway between Rapids and Donner road. Carroll suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by a Niagara County coroner. An investigation into the crash is ongoing and active.
