Tragic accident that occurred on April 16th in E. Windsor, New Jersey. 43-year-old Charles Niclas III was standing outside of a vehicle on the NJ Turnpike when he was hit and killed by a Peterbilt tractor hauling a fifth-wheel recreational vehicle near milepost 648.4. Sadly, Niclas was pronounced dead at the scene.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
