Authorities said that Perez was eastbound on State Highway 183 preparing to enter Interstate 20, when an eastbound vehicle struck the victim's motorcycle from behind.Perez tragically died in the wreck.The other driver, identified by authorities as 47-year-old Raymond Hawkins, was believed to be impaired and was arrested. He faces a charge of intoxication manslaughter, said Fort Worth police.
