43-Year-Old Lakisha Thomas Killed In Chicago, IL Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, February 22 in Chicago, Illinois. 43-year-old Lakisha Thomas was tragically killed when she was involved in a hit-and-run crash in the 7400 block of S. Racine Ave. The Chicago Police Department reported that Thomas was struck when an SUV ran a red light and struck her Jeep at the intersection with 74th St. Two male suspects that fled the scene were later apprehended by authorities and placed under arrest. Three adults were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims.
