Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, September 21 at around 7:20 AM in Everett, Washington. 43-year-old Thomas Ogden was tragically killed in a multivehicle accident on Rucker Avenue. The victim attempted a left hand turn at the intersection of 41st St. when he was struck by a speeding vehicle. He was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
