44-Year-Old Clarence Bond Jr. Killed In Sand Springs, OK Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 14 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 44-year-old Clarence Bond Jr. died when he was hit by a vehicle near West Avenue and 8th Street. Bond Jr. was working on a trash collection truck when he exited the vehicle to collect a trash can. After he left the vehicle, a 2017 Honda Civic struck him as it was passing by. Sadly, Bond died from injuries sustained in the crash. The OHP continues to investigate the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
