44-Year-Old Diem Tran Killed In San Jose, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, December 9th at about 9:30 AM in San Jose, California. 44-year-old Diem Tran was tragically killed in a crash with a speeding driver on southbound Highway 101, just north of the exit to Julian Street and McKee Road. The crash occurred when a 1999 Toyota Camry, driven at a high speed by a 19-year-old man, lost control of the car. The teenager swerved and crashed into the victim's Honda Odyssey, pushing it off the roadway and into a tree. Tran was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
