44-Year-Old Leroy McAfee Involved In Joliet, IL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on May 10 in Joliet, Illinois. 44-year-old Leroy McAfee was driving a Polaris Slingshot south on McKinley Street when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed head-on with a Nissan Altima sedan driven by a 28-year-old Joliet woman. The Nissan driver, along with McAfee and a passenger in the Polaris, was transported to Ascension Saint Joseph with serious injuries. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
