45-Year-Old Jason Vogan Killed In Arlington, WA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 8th in Arlington, Washington. 45-year-old Jason Vogan tragically died at the hands of an alleged drunken driver along Interstate 5. Vogan was helping a friend whose car had broken down in the area of Interstate 5, just south of Highway 530.  Vogan parked his car on the shoulder in front of the disabled vehicle when a black BMW, driven by Ismael Cruz Sanchez came upon the scene and crashed into one of the parked vehicles, propelling it into Vogan and his friend. Vogan was pronounced dead at the scene. Cruz Sanchez was booked into the Snohomish County Jail on suspicion of vehicular homicide; vehicular assault; felony driving under the influence, as well as three misdemeanors.
