45-Year-Old Karla Winter Injured In Winona, MN Accident

DUI crash on Pelzer Street

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, March 9 in Winona, Minnesota. 45-year-old Karla Winter was injured in a three vehicle collision that occurred on Pelzer Street. The Minnesota State Patrol reported that a Hyundai driven by 23-year-old Javon Kunkel collided with two vehicles traveling south on Highway 61. Ms. Winter was taken to Winona Health for treatment of injuries. The Minnesota State Patrol reported that Kunkel was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
