Tragic accident that occurred on January 2 in Tacoma, Washington. 45-year-old Nicholas Maxfield tragically lost his life after being struck by a hit-and-run driver along 72nd Street East. Tragically, Maxfield died from injuries sustained in the accident. Anyone with information about the case is urged to contact South Sound 911 at its non-emergency number, 253-287-4455.
