Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, October 3 at around 2:25 AM in Los Angeles, California. 46- year-old Carla Cain was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene in the 1500 block of W. 39th St. The victim was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
