A tragic accident occurred in Fowler, California, on March 25, Tuesday night, resulting in the death of 46-year-old Oscar Alcoser. Authorities said Alcoser was struck by a vehicle around 10 p.m. at 8th Street and Adams Avenue. Sadly, he died at the scene. The driver and a passenger remained at the site.
