Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, August 2 in Spokane, Washington. 47-year-old Eric Bearden was injured after being struck by a speeding driver at the intersection of E. Empire Ave. and N. Nevada St. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries. First responders reported that the vehicle did not stop and failed to render aid.
