47-Year-Old Troy Lohuis Killed In Sacramento, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, July 26 in Sacramento, California. 47-year-old Troy Lohuis, a subcontractor, was tragically killed when he was struck by a hit and run driver while setting up a construction sign on the shoulder of Highway 99. A vehicle believe to be a Ford F150 struck the victim without stopping. The victim was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone with any information is asked to call the S.
