Mr. Baumann was stopped, waiting to turn east onto County Road 2, when a 2006 Buick, driven by 33-year-old Noel Alexander Chalmers, rear-ended the Mercury. Mr. Baumann suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Tracy Hospital for treatment.
