48-Year-Old Brett Baumann Injured In Lyon, MN Accident

Crash on Highway 59

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, February 18th at about  2:21 p.m. in Lyon, Minnesota. 48-year-old Brett David Baumann was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 59. Mr. Baumann was stopped, waiting to turn east onto County Road 2, when a 2006 Buick, driven by 33-year-old Noel Alexander Chalmers, rear-ended the Mercury.  Mr. Baumann suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Tracy Hospital for treatment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
