48-Year-Old Daniel Pickett Killed In Monahans, TX Accident

The accident remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, March 1 in Monahans, Texas. 48-year-old Daniel Pickett was sadly killed in a single car collision on southbound Texas State Highway 18. Mr. Pickett was one of two passengers in a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Joseph Hughes. The vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it lost control, traveled off the highway, through a parking lot, and crashed into a building. Mr. Pickett, the driver, and a 34-year-old passenger all sadly died from the accident. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
