Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, August 4 at around 1:30 AM in Shingletown, California. 48-year-old James Louthian was seriously injured in a single vehicle crash that occurred on Highway 44. The victim was a passenger in a Chevy when it traveled off the shoulder of the road, striking a ditch and a tree. The victim suffered major injuries and was taken to an area hospital for treatment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
