48-Year-Old John Waldon Killed In Forsyth, GA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on March 18th in Forsyth, Georgia. 48-year-old John Waldon lost his life when he was struck by a motorist while attempting to assist a driver involved in a single-vehicle accident along Peachtree Parkway. Waldon witnessed a southbound Toyota Prius lose control and crash into a concrete median and stopped to aid the driver. Waldon was attempting to open a door of the Prius when they were struck by a northbound Dodge Durango. Waldon was severely injured and transported to Emory Johns Creek Hospital where he was tragically pronounced dead. The incident remains under investigation.
