48-Year-Old Jose De Jesus Peres Injured In Tehama, CA Accident

Multi vehicle wreck on Gallagher Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, January 27th in Tehama, California. 48-year-old Jose De Jesus Peres, and two others, were seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident on Gallagher Avenue. Peres was driving a Chevy Sonic eastbound when an 18-year-old driver traveling westbound turned in front of his car while trying to make a left onto Edith Avenue. The teen’s vehicle struck the left front end of the Sonic. Peres and a 16-year-old female passenger were taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with major injuries. A 14-year-old girl who also suffered major injuries was transported to UC Davis Hospital. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victims.
