Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, June 19th at around 11:23 pm in Inglewood, California. 48-year-old Samuel Small III was tragically killed after his bicycle was struck by a vehicle at La Cienega Boulevard and W. Florence avenue. No other information has been released as the crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
