49-Year-Old Brandon Hicks Killed In Chico, CA Accident

 Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, January 14 at around 7 PM in Chico, California. 49-year-old Brandon Hicks was sadly killed in a hit-and-run accident while walking on Highway 99. The California Highway Patrol reported that Mr. Hicks was walking along the east side when he was struck and killed by a car. The accident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
