Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, June 19th in Arlington Heights, Illinois. 5-year-old Maria Nica was tragically killed after being struck by a pick up truck at the apartment complex at 4053 Jennifer Lane. 28-Year-Old Jesus Escobar was arrested in connection with the deadly collision for suspected DUI. Nica was rushed to Northwest Community Hospital where she tragically later died. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the heartbroken family of the victim
