Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, October 3 at around 10:35 PM in Westville, New York. 50-year-old Constance Cortez was tragically killed in a single vehicle collision on State Route 122. The victim was a passenger in a Honda Accord when for unknown reasons the vehicle ran off the road and struck a tree, triggering a collision. The victim was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
