50-Year-Old James Keck Killed In Liberty Township, MO Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on May 1st in Liberty Township, Missouri. 50-year-old James D Keck, was tragically killed by a vehicle while on US-67. A 2017 Buick Encore, driven by 47-year-old Stephen Bulger, was traveling northbound when he struck Keck who was alongside the roadway. He was sadly  pronounced dead on the scene by the St. Francois County Coroner’s office.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
