51-Year-Old Armando Rodriguez Killed In The Bronx, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on July 21 in The Bronx, New York. 51-year-old Armando Rodriguez died when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver along the Bruckner Expressway. Rodriguez was looking at the outside of his vehicle when he was struck by a car that sped by. Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspected driver, 21-year-old Sadiel Ramirez Payano, is facing charges of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The incident remains under investigation by NYPD. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
