51-Year-Old Joyce Travis Injured In Springfield Township, OH Accident

DUI crash on Old Columbus Road

Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, June 27 at around 3:50 PM in Springfield Township, Ohio. 51-year-old Joyce Travis was one of two victims seriously injured when their vehicle was struck head on by another vehicle on Old Columbus Road. The victim was traveling in a Ford Fusion when a Chevy drove left of center, causing a collision. 57-year-old Mark Nibert, was charged with operating a vehicle impaired. Nibert has been convicted of driving while impaired seven times. Initial reports indicate the finding of illegal drugs and paraphernalia in the truck. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
