52-Year-Old Henri Chinchilla Killed In W. Covina, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on June 4th in W. Covina, California. 52-year-old Henri Chinchilla was sadly killed in a multi-vehicle collision at the Barranca Street off-ramp of the westbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway. California Highway Patrol officers responded to the scene and discovered three vehicles blocking multiple lanes. A body was found in the fourth lane of the freeway, which was strewn with debris from the collision. Chinchilla was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Still, no conclusions on the cause of the accident have been finalized, and an investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
