53-Year-Old Carl Aimes Killed In Waskom, TX Accident

tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, February 23rd at about 8:08 p.m. in Waskom, Texas. 53-year-old Carl Aimes was tragically killed in a collision with a semi-truck on U.S. 80. Aimes was traveling in a 2012 Nissan Quest, when 28-year-old Rex Renard West Jr., the driver of a 2017 Peterbilt truck-tractor towing a semi-trailer, pulled out from a private drive and into his path. The accident remains under investigation by the DPS. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
