Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, October 1 in Rushford, New York. 54-year-old Richard Jakubowski has been charged after seriously injuring a pedestrian in a hit and run crash on W. Centerville Rd. Jakubowski struck a pedestrian and fled the scene, the pedestrian was found lying in a ditch. He was located and failed standard field sobriety tests.
