58-Year-Old Brenda Ball Killed In Houston, TX Accident

Hit-and-run on Shreveport Boulevard

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, September 17 in Houston, Texas. 58-year-old Brenda Ball was tragically killed after being struck by a hit and run driver in the 9000 block of Shreveport Boulevard. A white Nissan Altima was speeding down the road when he crashed into a Kia. The Nissan hit the woman and fled the scene on foot. Anyone with information is asked to please call the HPD Hit and Run Unit at 713-247-4072 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. Ball's family members said that they are “devastated and in pure disbelief that someone would hit a person and leave them for dead”. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
