58-Year-Old Milton Earl Davis Killed In Birmingham, AL Accident

Pedestrian struck on Fourth Avenue North

Tragic accident that occurred on June 30 in Birmingham, Alabama. 58-year-old Milton Earl Davis died after being hit by a vehicle in a parking lot at the 400 block of Fourth Avenue North. He was pronounced deceased at the scene at 5:33 a.m.  It hasn't been determined when Davis was hit by the vehicle, which authorities say left the road and struck Davis before driving away.
