Tragic accident that occurred on October 25 in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. 59-year-old Penny Vanette Stines was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle along U.S. 25 when a truck traveling north on the same route struck her. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
