6-Year-Old Nolen Jones Killed In Hamilton, OH Accident

DUI crash on Pleasant and Symmes Avenues

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, May 11 at around 7 PM in Hamilton, Ohio. 6-year-old Nolen Jones was tragically killed after being struck by an under the influence driver while crossing the intersection of Pleasant and Symmes Avenues. Jones was with an 11-year-old when they were struck by 30-year-old Elizabeth Mehl. The 11-year-old was life-flighted to a Cincinnati Hospital. Jones tragically died due to injuries sustained in the crash. Mehl was arrested on charges of DUI, possession of controlled substance, as well as other charges.
