60-Year-Old Bernard Doering Injured In Clark, WA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, April 30 at around 5 PM in Clark, Washington. 60-year-old Bernard Doering was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on State Highway 500. 31-year-old Alexander Mackmer attempted a left turn onto 53rd St., when he collided with a Doering traveling west on his bicycle. Medics transported the victim to PeaceHealth SW. Medical Center. The crash remains under investigation by the Washington State Patrol. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
