Rragic accident that occurred on March 5 in Marshall, Texas. 60-year-old Carlos Martinez died in a bicycle crash with a car in the 500 block of South East End Boulevard. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
