At the same time, an unknown vehicle, believed to be a 2007-to-2012 Nissan Sentra, failed to yield the right-of-way at a stop sign and collided with the Harley Davidson. The unidentified driver then fled the scene. The victim was transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics with serious injuries.
