Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, September 27 at around 4:10 AM in Irvine, California. 61-year-old Kyu Chen was tragically killed after her Toyota Prius was struck by a Mercedes-Benz, the driver of which was under the influence of drugs. The crash happened at Sand Canyon Avenue and Irvine Center Drive. 21 year old Luis Diaz, the driver of the Mercedes, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
