Tragic accident that occurred on October 5 in College Point, New York. 63-year-old Lance Ruthkowski was tragically killed in an accident involving a dump truck in the College Point section of Queens at 14th Road and 115th Street. Lance Ruthkowski was less than a block from home when he was hit by the truck. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
