Tragic accident that occurred on Sunday, February 7 at around 7:25 PM in West Covina, California. 63-year-old Scott Dewar was sadly killed in a vehicle versus pedestrian crash in the area of Vincent Avenue and Garvey Avenue. The victim was sadly struck by an automobile and succumbed to injuries from the accident. The identity of the individual that hit the pedestrian has not been released. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
