64-Year-Old Felicia Madrid Killed In Sacramento, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, December 6th  in Sacramento, California. 64-year-old Felicia Madrid was tragically killed in a multi vehicle wreck on S. Elm Avenue, and Mannin Avenue. 30-year-old Bretney Gosvener was northbound on S. Elm Avenue in a car with two passengers, when she ran a stop sign crashed into Madrid's vehicle. Madrid was rushed to an area hospital where she tragically later died.  Gosvener was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. CHP investigators believe Gosvener and her passengers, Chris Diaz and Jason Wheeler, were fleeing after stealing mail. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim
