65-Year-Old James Ling Injured In Saint Clair, OH Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on February 24th in Saint Clair, Ohio. 65-year-oldJames Ling was seriously injured when he was struck by a hit-and-run tractor-trailer along the U.S. Route 30. The driver of the tractor-trailer fled the scene. Ling suffered serious injuries and was transported by STAT MedEvac to St. Elizabeth Health Center. Witnesses or those with knowledge of the crash are requested to call the Highway Patrol’s Lisbon post at 330-424-7783. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
