A tragic accident occurred on April 17 in San Diego when 66-year-old Greysi Olimpia Rivas was killed in a head-on collision involving a wrong-way driver. The crash took place around 3 a.m. on Interstate Route 8, east of College Avenue. Rivas, of El Cajon, was driving a Mini Cooper when she was struck by a BMW SUV reportedly traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes. She was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
