Tragic accident that occurred on March 21st in Salinas, California. 66-year-old Manuel Garcia was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident on Blanco Road. The driver of a green Astro van, 35-year-old Angel Castro, has been charged with murder, hit and run causing death or injury, after making an illegal U-turn. Castro then left the scene. His license had been suspended because of previous DUI convictions. . We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
