66-Year-Old Teresa England Killed In Paris, IL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 26th in Paris, Illinois. 66-year-old Teresa England sadly died after being struck by an SUV in a Walmart parking lot on U.S. 150. The victim was struck while pushing a shopping cart back to her vehicle. According to the Edgar County Coroner’s Office, the driver of the Expedition attempted to make a U-turn to park in one of the handicapped spots near the front of the parking lot. While making the turn, the SUV struck and ran over England. Sadly, England was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
